All food is stored and prepared at a local commissary kitchen which is always under the close eyes and inspection of the Environmental Health Department/USDA.
Snoozle Q’s BBQ is equipped with a 288-gallon industrial-sized smoker that sits on a large trailer. Equipped with a flat top griddle and a woodbin for clean and safe storage of wood.
All wood used by Snoozle Q’s BBQ is pesticide-free and free of insecticides. It’s from local farmers in hopes of supporting local businesses the best way I know how.
I have my Restaurant Managers Certification. Here at Snoozle Q’s BBQ, we also require all employees to take their certification through ServSafe which provides them with a food handlers license.
I have all my licensing required to work in the food industry which is be available upon request. I’m also equipped with general liability insurance and inland marine insurance.

A deposit of 50% is required and if for some reason we can’t make it, you will be refunded.
