The bbq is really really good! Same as you would get in TX. The sides are familiar but really innovative. The mac and cheese, beans, all of them are unique and delicious in their own way.

This is all around great food. I can't believe I can get such good barbecue so far from Texas! The brisket and beef ribs are moist and tender, with plenty of smoke but without too much bark. I don't know how he manages such an extensive menu, but it's all great! Definitely check...
